Introduction
Madis Ernits graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Kiel and earned his Master of degree from the University of Helsinki. He has served as an Advisor to the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Court of Estonia, as well as an Advisor to the Chancellor of Justice and the Deputy Chancellor of Justice-Advisor.
